We couldn't find any other membership app that had the ability to stack membership exclusive perks and discounts based on customers membership status. For example, we offer a paid monthly membership that gives members a discount on all store products, and offers free shipping over x amount only to paying members. The app is great, and their support team is fantastic. I have been messaging A on their support team all day long and he's been nothing but prompt in responding as well as extremely helpful. The customer service is amazing and the app works great!! I don't write reviews often but when I do it must mean something. The customer service is incredible and I have gone to them a few times to sort out a few issues with my store and the app. Each time they wrote back in 2 mins or less!! They helped me with my problems and even went above and beyond. Momna was especially helpful! She configured my theme customizations to the app to my liking, even though they allow you to do this with CSS (which I know very little about). For a normal app they would have just said that I could use CSS to customize it but the customer service team goes above and beyond!
